Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completing your request.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
